Four things we will not do, whatever you pay.

Bought followers

We will not buy followers, likes or reviews, and we will not use anybody who does. A number that is not people is worth nothing to a local business.

Invented photographs

We will not generate a photograph of your premises, your team or your work. We design graphics and tidy up the real photographs you send. If it is meant to be you, it has to be you.

A percentage of your ads

Ads management is a flat monthly fee. Your spend goes to Meta, not through us, and we never take a cut of it.

A contract

Every plan is month to month with 30 days' notice. You keep every account, every post and every follower, because they were always yours.

The awkward questions, answered.

No. Every plan is month to month and 30 days' notice ends it. Growth and Signature have a one off setup fee of €150 plus IVA, for the work of getting started properly.

No. Every price on this page is plus IVA at 21%, because that is how a business compares them. With IVA, Essentials is €119.79 a month and Growth is €356.95.

Yes. You add us to your Facebook page and Instagram account through Meta Business Suite, and you stay the owner throughout.

If you leave, you remove us and nothing else changes. We never ask for your password.

Then Essentials is the wrong plan for you, because its posts are built around your photographs. Standard and above design the post when there is nothing to use, so the page keeps moving either way.

Every caption goes out in English and Spanish. On Growth and Signature, replies are written in whichever of the two the customer used.

Monday to Friday, during working hours, Spanish time. We would rather tell you that now than pretend somebody is awake at three in the morning.

No, and we would rather say so up front. We work from what you send, which is a large part of why it costs what it does and why it works wherever you are.

No. Social media management is a service, priced on its own. If Connect would help you answer messages yourself as well, we will say so, and if it would not, we will say that too.
