Sondu Schedule is appointment software for service businesses. Clients book themselves on a branded page on your own domain, a deposit is taken at the moment of booking, reminders and confirmations go out by email at no charge, and a waiting list refills a cancellation on its own. It costs a flat monthly fee from €29, with no commission on any booking and no charge per staff member.

The deposit is taken at the moment of booking
Skin in the game, before the slot is held. You choose the amount and which services ask for it, it is disclosed before she commits, and it is frozen onto the booking so changing your price list later never rewrites her deposit. It comes off the bill on the day.

Reminders and confirmations go out by email, unlimited
Every plan, no allowance, no charge, including the extra morning message for the clients who have form. Confirmation comes back into the diary. Text messages are sold separately as credits, 100 for €12 in Spain, because a text is bought per message from a carrier and it is not ours to give away.

The waiting list refills the gap on its own
The second a slot opens, the right person on the list is offered it. They accept, the deposit is taken, and the diary closes up. Nobody had to notice.

Schedule costs €29, €65 or €119 a month plus IVA. Solo is one person at one location. Team is up to ten people at one location, with no per staff fee. Business is unlimited people across up to three locations, and further locations are €29 each. There is no commission on bookings and no charge per staff member on any tier.
Annual billing is ten months for twelve. Two products together take 12% off automatically, three take 19%.
The slot reopens and Sondu offers it to the right person on your waiting list straight away. If they accept, the deposit is taken and the diary closes the gap on its own. Any deposit rules you set for late cancellations apply automatically.

The rule we apply across the whole platform: unlimited on anything we compute ourselves, metered on anything we buy per unit from somebody else. A text to a Spanish mobile costs us around 8 cents, so pretending it is free would just mean charging everybody for it.
In the European Union, hosted in Ireland, isolated per business with row level security. You can export your client list whenever you like, and it is never shared with another business or fed into a marketplace.
