The operating system for service businesses
Book them. Answer them. Keep them.
Three products on one platform. Your appointments, every customer conversation, and the rooms and desks you rent out, from one login and one invoice. No commission, ever.
One Thursday
An ordinary Thursday at a salon that also lets two rooms upstairs.
Nothing here is a software problem. It is a loose ends problem. Watch the same day run down one line.

Every step is written out below whether it animates or not. Nothing on this page is hidden behind movement.
- 08:41 connect. Lucía asks on Instagram, in Spanish, whether there is anything on Saturday.
- 08:41 connect. The assistant drafts a reply from the knowledge base you approved and the live diary. It does not invent an answer it does not have.
- 08:52 connect. You read it between clients, change one word, approve. It leaves in Spanish. She reads hers, you read yours.
- 09:15 schedule. She books 14:30 on Saturday. A €20 deposit is taken at the moment of booking, and it comes off the bill on the day.
- 11:02 schedule. A Saturday client cancels late. The slot reopens.
- 11:04 schedule. The waiting list is offered it. Chloé takes it, the deposit is held, and Saturday closes back up. Nobody had to notice.
- 14:20 reserve. Room 2 upstairs is quiet at four. The rate card prices it as off peak and it lets itself.
- 16:30 reserve. Every hour let this month is already a priced line on July’s statement. No spreadsheet was opened.
- 18:30 all three Marta messages about her roots. Her next appointment, her deposit and her history are on the same screen as her question.
The platform difference
The inbox knows the diary.
Other tools answer messages, or manage bookings. Connect sits on the same database as Schedule, so when Marta writes at half past six her next appointment, her deposit and her history are already on the screen with her question.
01 / 04 · Sondu Schedule
schedule.
Your diary, finally working for you.
Anyone who books people in by appointment
Clients book themselves on a page carrying your name, day or night. A deposit is taken at the moment of booking, reminders go out, and when somebody cancels the waiting list refills the gap without anyone noticing.
- Branded booking page on your own domain
- Deposits taken at the moment of booking, at every tier
- Email reminders, unlimited. SMS sold as credits, never bundled
- A waiting list that fills a cancellation on its own
- Client Guard at every tier, because privacy is not a paid upgrade
Connect answers the question that led to the booking. Reserve puts the room under it. One login sees all three.

connect.
Every message, one inbox, answered.
Anyone whose enquiries arrive in four different places
Website chat, email, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger land in the same queue. The assistant drafts a reply from the facts you approved and from your live diary. A human reads it, edits it, and sends it. It never sends alone.
- Website chat, email, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger in one queue
- The assistant drafts in your voice, a human approves every send
- Live translation both ways, so she reads hers and you read yours
- The inbox knows the diary: her next appointment sits beside the conversation
- Unlimited team members. One price, no tiers, nothing gated
It sits on the same database as Schedule, so rebooking her is one click rather than a phone call and a hunt.
€45 / month, from
03 / 04 · Sondu Reserve
reserve.
Rooms, desks and studios, earning their keep.
Anyone who rents out space by the hour, the day or the month
Every room, chair, desk and studio gets its own hours and its own rate card, so a quiet Tuesday can be priced like a quiet Tuesday. Members book themselves on live availability, and at month end each statement assembles and sends itself.
- A branded member portal with live availability
- A rate card per space, with off peak pricing
- Statements that send themselves, with gapless sequential invoice numbers
- Unlimited members at every tier, because members are not a meter
- The accounting subscription you only kept to invoice the room, cancelled
A practitioner renting your room can run her own diary and her own enquiries from the same login, on her own plan.
€49 / month, from
04 / 04 · Sondu Consult
consult.
Sessions, video and getting paid.
Coaches, tutors, consultants, supervisors, and anyone who sells one to one time
A booking page, a video room and an invoice series, for anyone who sells their own time online. It books the session, runs it, and chases the balance until it is paid. It holds no session notes and no client list, and it never will.
- Recurring series: the same slot every week, up to 52 repeats, one reference
- A self hosted video room with a waiting room and revocable links
- Sequential invoice numbering with a settable prefix
- A balance that chases itself every fifteen minutes
- Every email in English and Spanish, and a calendar feed that never says why
Schedule holds the hour for a business with staff. Reserve holds the room. Consult is for the person selling the hour.

Three of the four, together
Three of the four stop being three products.
Sondu is four products. One is three of them: connect., schedule. Team and reserve., on one login and one invoice, everything talking to everything.

consult., the fourth, is deliberately not in the bundle, because its buyer is one person selling their own hour rather than a venue with staff and rooms. Add it beside One for €25 and the pairing discount still applies. Guided setup and migration are included with One, normally €249.
The whole reason we exist
No commission. Not a euro, not ever.
The marketplaces charge you a subscription and then take a percentage of the clients they decide are theirs, on top of card fees. Your busiest month costs you the most. Then they list the salon two doors down beside you and email your own regulars about them.
Sondu charges one flat monthly fee. A hundred bookings or a thousand, the bill is identical, and your client list is yours to export the day you decide to leave.
- Marketplace softwareSubscription, then a percentage of the clients they decide are theirs +20%
- Per staff pricingEvery hire raises the bill per head
- Per person inboxesThe Saturday girl costs extra per person
- SonduOne flat fee, whatever the month does 0%

Never a commission
Not on a new client, not on a regular. Your busiest month costs exactly what your quietest one does.
- We refuse · 02
Never a marketplace
We will not list your competitors beside you, or email your own clients about anybody else.
- We refuse · 03
Never a charge per person
Put the whole team on it. Growing your team never grows the software bill.

The AI never sends alone
It drafts from facts you approved. A human reads every message before a customer does.
Advice first, trial second
Four products. You probably need one.
Answer six questions and we will tell you which product, which plan, what it costs, what it will not do, and whether you should be spending less than you think. It will recommend down. It will occasionally tell you to buy somebody else.

Find your trade
Generic booking software treats a laser course like a haircut.
Whatever you run, there is a version of this written for the actual job rather than for software people. Forty trades, each one written separately.
And if the website is the problem
Software will not save a website nobody can find.
We build those too, and we would rather say so than let you spend a year wondering why the diary is empty. A shopping centre with sixty five units, a psychotherapy clinic, two fragrance houses and this application itself. All five are live and you can go and prod every one of them.
Pricing, in one look
One table. No asterisks.
Four products, each gated on the one thing that actually makes it bigger: people for Schedule, spaces for Reserve, practitioners for Consult, and nothing at all for Connect. Each starts with 30 days free and no card, and its clock only starts when you switch that product on.

SONDU One.

Start freeWhy we built it
A 102 percent price rise is why Sondu exists.
We were running a clinic on four separate tools. A help desk for the messages, a space tool for the room bookings, QuickBooks for the invoices, and an afternoon every month spent copying bookings from one into the other by hand. None of them knew the others existed.
Then the renewal on the room booking software arrived 102 percent higher, and it forced the obvious question: what are we paying four companies for, if the room booking cannot tell the invoice what happened?
“We run our own businesses on Sondu, every day. It takes the bookings, answers the customers and lets the rooms for our own companies. We would not ship it to you if it did not hold up for us first, and when something breaks we find out before you do.”
Ryan Fox · Co-founder · Orihuela Costa, Spain
Everything owners ask before switching
The honest answers.
Sondu is one platform for service businesses, sold as four products. Schedule runs your appointments through your own branded booking page. Connect brings every customer message into one inbox. Reserve books out rooms, desks and studios. Consult books, runs and invoices one to one sessions. Take one, or take Schedule, Connect and Reserve together as SONDU One. No commission, ever, and no per person pricing.
No. Never on a booking, not on a new client and not on a regular, and never per staff member. You pay one flat monthly fee, keep everything you earn, and keep your own client list to export whenever you like.
Start with whichever problem is costing you money now. Empty slots and late cancellations means Schedule. Enquiries lost across four apps means Connect, which needs no diary at all. Rooms sitting empty and rent to chase means Reserve. Selling your own time online means Consult. Adding another later begins a fresh 30 days for that one.
Website chat, email, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger, all into one queue with tags, saved replies and ratings.
It does not pull WhatsApp into the inbox. That is a real gap and we would rather say it here than let you find it in a demo.
Thirty days free per product, with no card at signup and full access for the whole trial. Each product’s clock only starts when you switch that product on, so adding Reserve in October begins a fresh 30 days for Reserve. If you need longer, ask and we will extend it once, no questions.
Bookings, clients, members, transactional email and translation are unlimited on every plan, because we compute them. AI replies are 1,000 a month then 3 cents each. Broadcast emails are 2,000 a month then €2 per thousand, capped for deliverability rather than cost. Text messages are never included and are sold as credits, because they are bought per message from a carrier.
The rule we use: sell unlimited on anything we compute, meter anything we buy per unit from somebody else.
Yes, at no charge, from Booksy, Fresha, Square or a spreadsheet. We never overwrite, and loyalty balances come with you. Guided setup and migration are included on Schedule Team and Business, Reserve Pro and Business, and SONDU One.
No. Client Guard masks contact details by default, so your team books and messages clients through the portal without ever holding the raw number. An owner or manager PIN reveals a full record, and every reveal is logged with a name against it. It is included at every tier, because privacy controls are not a paid upgrade.
It is not a marketplace, so it will not send you strangers. If a marketplace is genuinely bringing you clients you could not reach yourself, that is worth paying for, and we say so on our own comparison pages.
Connect does not pull WhatsApp into the inbox. Consult holds no session notes and no client list, and never will. There is no till or EPOS, no two way calendar sync, and no staff mobile app.
No. Monthly rolling, cancel from inside the product in two clicks, no email and no retention call. Annual billing is two months free and is prepaid rather than committed: annual plans are refunded pro rata within the first 60 days.
Start with the one that hurts most.
Thirty days free, no card, and the clock only starts when you switch it on. If we are the wrong answer we will tell you, and point you at whoever is the right one.
