What does Sondu cost?

Sondu is four products, priced separately and gated on the thing that makes each one bigger. Schedule is €29, €65 or €119 a month, gated on people and locations. Connect is €45, one price, no tiers. Reserve is €49, €99 or €179, gated on how many spaces you let. Consult is €25 or €49, gated on practitioners. All exclude IVA. Two products together take 12% off automatically, three take 19%, and Connect, Schedule Team and Reserve together are SONDU One at €129 against €159. There is no commission on any booking and no charge per staff member.

Does Sondu charge commission?

No. Never on a booking, not on a new client and not on a regular, and never per staff member. You pay one flat monthly fee, keep everything you earn, and keep your own client list to export whenever you like.

How does the free trial work?

Thirty days free per product, with no card at signup and full access for the whole trial. Each product's clock only starts when you switch that product on, so adding Reserve in October begins a fresh 30 days for Reserve.

What is included, and what is metered?

Bookings, clients, members, conversations, transactional email and translation are unlimited on every plan. AI replies are 1,000 a month then 3 cents each. Broadcast emails are 2,000 a month then €2 per thousand, capped for deliverability rather than cost. Text messages are never included and are sold as credits, 100 for €12 in Spain or €9 in the UK. The rule is: unlimited on anything Sondu computes, metered on anything it buys per unit from somebody else.

Which channels does Sondu Connect pull in?

Website chat, a standalone chat page, email in and out from your own reply address, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger, all into one queue with tags, saved replies, departments and ratings. It does not pull WhatsApp into the inbox.
