Sondu · websites
We do not just makethe software. We buildthe website it sits on.
Every site below is live right now and you can go and prod every one of them. A shopping centre with sixty five units, a psychotherapy clinic, two fragrance houses and the Sondu app itself. Different trades, different problems, one team in Orihuela Costa.
All live, all yours to check
Anybody can show you a mock up. These have customers on them.
Every claim under every project is something you can go and verify in thirty seconds on the real site. A portfolio you cannot click is a mood board.
01 / Retail and hospitality centre
Flamenca Beach.
flamencabeach.es ↗Sixty five independent restaurants, bars, takeaways, shops and services across three open air levels in Playa Flamenca.
- A live directory of all sixty five units that knows which ones are open right now, filterable by eat, drink, takeaway, shop and services.
- Interactive floor plans for three levels, where the unit numbers on the screen are the door numbers you are standing in front of.
- Vacant units shown as vacant, which most centre websites quietly hide.
- Accessibility built into the wayfinding: lifts, ramps and defibrillators on the map.
- English and Spanish, because the Costa Blanca does not do one language.
02 / Counselling and psychotherapy
Clarity Wellbeing Clinic.
claritywellbeingclinic.co.uk ↗A private counselling and psychotherapy practice in Nuneaton, seeing clients in the room and online across the UK and Europe.
- Appointment booking straight from the site, with no GP referral and no phone call.
- Therapist profiles with real credentials and BACP registration, because in this field the qualification is the product.
- Crisis resources placed where somebody in trouble will actually find them, not buried in a footer.
- Room hire, self help and a blog, structured so the practice can add to it without us.
- Photography of the actual rooms, because people want to see where they will be sitting.
03 / Ecommerce and retail
FOX & WOLF.
myfoxandwolf.com ↗Award winning luxury home fragrance, hand poured in Orihuela Costa. Candles, reed diffusers, wax melts, home sprays, and a boutique at Flamenca Beach.
- A full shop: collections, bundles, gift cards and a gift finder that asks two questions instead of showing a grid of everything.
- A wax melt subscription, which is a different piece of plumbing from a normal checkout.
- A bundle builder, so somebody can assemble their own set rather than take ours.
- Care guides per product type, which is the quiet reason people come back.
- Wholesale and white label routes kept separate from the retail journey.
04 / Ecommerce and retail
Spiteful August.
myspitefulaugust.com ↗An indie perfume house in Orihuela Costa. Hand blended Extraits de Parfum in small batches, sold in five languages.
- Five languages: English, Spanish, French, German and Italian, on one build.
- A discovery set that puts forty euros of credit against a full bottle, which is a pricing mechanism as much as a product.
- Lab diaries and a manifesto, so the brand has somewhere to be itself.
- Local pickup at the FOX & WOLF boutique alongside EU and UK shipping.
05 / Software and web applications
sondu.app.
sondu.app ↗Sondu itself. The application the rest of this website has been talking about, and the one we cannot blame anybody else for.
- The whole product interface: diaries, one inbox, private video sessions and room booking, on one login.
- Built to be used one handed, on a phone, by somebody who is standing up and busy.
- The client side is a link. No account, no download, no app store, on purpose.
- Hosted in the EU, in Ireland, with the data processing agreement readable before anybody signs up.
Before the money, what the thing actually is
A five page website. This one, in fact.
claritywellbeingclinic.co.uk ↗
Clarity Wellbeing Clinic is the standard build, live, with customers on it. Go and click every page of it. A scope you can open in another tab beats a scope you have to take on trust.
Five pages is not a limit we invented so we could sell you a sixth. It is the shape of almost every small service business site that works, and most people who ask for twelve pages need five good ones.
The one that has four seconds to say what you do, who you do it for, and why you rather than the one down the road.
Faces, names, real qualifications. In therapy and in trades this is usually the page that actually converts.
Your services laid out so somebody can find themselves in the list. Prices if you show them, and a straight answer if you would rather not.
Whatever does that job in your trade. Reviews, credentials, before and afters, a proper FAQ, a gallery of the room they will be sitting in.
A map, your hours, and every way you are happy to be reached. On a phone, in one tap.
What you send us
- The words, or a rough version of them we can work from
- Your photographs, however they come. Phone snaps are fine
- Your logo, if you have one
- Your prices, hours and the things only you know
What we do with it
- The design, the build, and every page above
- Tidying your words up as we place them
- The mobile version, designed first, not squeezed after
- Search setup, schema and page speed, so you can be found and quoted
- English and Spanish, both included
- Getting it live, on your own domain, with the certificate and the email working
And your photographs, within reason
Cropped, straightened, colour corrected, resized and backgrounds cut out where it helps. A badly lit phone photograph of a good room can be rescued. A photograph of nothing cannot.
Textures, backgrounds, abstracts, the quiet things behind your headline. Useful exactly where a stock photograph would have gone and looked like a stock photograph.
The line we do not crossWe will not generate a photograph of your premises, your team, your treatment room or your work. Not a flattering one, not a tidied up one, not just this once. If it is meant to be you, it has to be you, and if the photographs are not there yet we will tell you to go and take them rather than quietly invent them.
Three ways to pay for the same website
Nobody should have to ask three times what it costs.
The website is identical on all three. What changes is when you pay for it and whether we are looking after it afterwards. A therapist three months into private practice and a shopping centre are not in the same position, and one price for both would only suit us.
€995
once, and that is it
For somebody who has the capital and would rather be done with it.
- The whole build, and you own it from day one
- Looking after it is separate, at €39 a month, whenever you want it
- Changes after handover are quoted per job
Yours on the day it goes live. Add the care plan later if you want it, or host it wherever you like.
Ask about this one€79
a month for 24 months, after €295 to start
The one most people take. A deposit you can find, then less than a coffee a day.
- The whole build, and you own it from day one
- 24 months of looking after it, included
- Two small changes a month, rolling up to six
- Hosting, domain, certificate and nightly backups
At the end of the twenty four months the build is paid off and it drops to the care plan, or you stop and keep the site.
Start here€99
a month for 24 months, nothing up front
Nothing up front, at all. For a business that is three months old and cash is the whole problem.
- The whole build, and you own it from day one
- 24 months of looking after it, included
- Two small changes a month, rolling up to six
- Hosting, domain, certificate and nightly backups
Same as above. Twenty four months, then the care plan or nothing.
Ask about this oneAnd the bit most people would rather we skipped
Paying monthly costs more. Here is exactly how much more.
You could buy the build once and add the care plan on top. That is the honest thing to compare the monthly against, rather than against the build on its own, because the monthly includes two years of looking after it and the build on its own does not.
All prices exclude IVA. Nothing renews itself at the end of the term.
What looking after it actually means
Included for 24 months on both monthly plans. €39 a month on its own.
Every agency says support is included and almost none of them will tell you what that buys. This is ours, in numbers you can hold us to.
Renewed and paid for by us. You never get an email at midnight saying your domain expired.
Kept for thirty days. If something breaks we put yesterday back, we do not rebuild it.
Software, plugins and certificates kept current, which is the boring thing that stops a site being defaced or dropped by Google.
If the site goes down we usually know before you do, because we are told automatically.
A price, a photograph, an opening time, a staff member, a paragraph. Anything under ten minutes. Do not use them and they roll up for three months, so a quiet spring pays for a busy September.
WhatsApp or email, answered from Orihuela Costa, Monday to Friday, in English or Spanish. Message before three and you hear back the same day.
And what it is not. A new page, a redesign, a shop, an extra language or anything that needs real design time is quoted first and never started until you have said yes to a number. We would rather tell you it is ninety euros than surprise you with it.
If you need more than the five pages
The extras, priced, so nobody has to ask.
These are added to the build, whichever of the three ways you are paying. On the monthly plans they are spread across the same term rather than asked for up front. Nothing here is started before you have said yes to a number.
A sixth, a tenth. Built to the same standard as the first five, not bolted on.
One call, then we write it and you tell us where we got you wrong. This is the thing that holds up more builds than anything else.
Three routes to look at, two rounds of changes, then every file you will ever be asked for: SVG, PNG on transparent, black, white, reversed, a favicon and a square one for Instagram. A full brand identity, with a colour system and typography, is a bigger job and is quoted.
Translated by a person and laid out again, because a plugin gives you English grammar in Spanish words. English and Spanish are already included.
Products, variants, postage rules, payments, and somewhere for the orders to land. This is the one that genuinely changes the job rather than adding to it.
A directory that knows what is open, a booking diary, a quote calculator, a members area. Flamenca Beach is sixty five sets of opening hours staying true on their own. Tell us what it has to do and we will tell you a number.
And what is never added. No setup fee that appears at the end, no commission on anything you sell through it, and nothing you pay us for permission to keep your own website. Every figure on this page is the figure, and they all exclude IVA.
The same for everyone, whatever it costs
What every site gets, including the cheapest one.
This is the list people assume they are buying and then find out, eighteen months later, that they were not. None of it is an extra here.
You own the site, the domain and everything in it from the day it goes live, whether you paid once or you are paying monthly. Where there is a monthly it is buying the build and the looking after, never permission to keep it.
Structure, headings, schema and page speed done properly, so Google and the answer engines can read it and quote it. This is not an upsell, it is the job.
Most of your customers arrive on a phone with one hand full. The phone is designed first and the desktop second, not the other way round.
On this coast that is not a feature, it is the minimum. English and Spanish are both in the price. A third is a hundred and ninety five and worth it if your customers need it.
Prices, hours, photographs and text. If you have to ring us to change an opening time, we built it wrong.
Hosting, certificates, backups and updates handled, and a person in Orihuela Costa who answers when something breaks. Included for two years on the monthly plans.
Who we have actually built for
Thirty trades, and not one of them got a template.
Nothing on this list is aspirational. Every group below is work that exists, and if your trade is not here it usually means we have done something close enough that we will tell you honestly either way. If we are the wrong people for it, we will say so.

Asked before you have to ask them
Questions people ask before they will let us near their website.
A five page site, built for you, not a template with your logo dropped in. Home, about you, what you do and what it costs, a page that earns trust, and contact.
Clarity Wellbeing Clinic on this page is exactly that build, so you can go and click every page of it rather than take our word for it. The design, the mobile version, the search setup, English and Spanish and getting it live are all in the price.
Another page is ninety five euros, built to the same standard as the first five.
Before you buy four of them, though: most people who ask for twelve pages need five good ones, and we will say so rather than sell you the twelve.
You do, from the day it goes live, exactly as if you had paid in one go. The monthly is a payment plan for the build plus a care plan for looking after it.
It is never rent, and there is no version of this where we own your website and let you use it.
Settle whatever is left of the build and it is yours. No penalty, no exit fee, and we do not switch anything off.
You are paying off a website, not escaping a phone contract.
The build is paid off. It drops to the €39 a month care plan, which you can cancel any time, or you stop paying us altogether and take the site somewhere else.
Nothing renews itself for another two years behind your back.
Because we are lending you the build for two years and looking after the site the whole time, and both of those cost us something.
We show you the exact difference on this page rather than hoping you do not do the arithmetic.
Anything that takes under ten minutes. A price, a photograph, an opening time, a new staff member, a paragraph, a typo. Do not use them and they roll up for three months.
A new page, a redesign, a shop or an extra language is quoted first, and never started until you have said yes to a number.
We message you, because it is usually a card that expired. Nothing is suspended over one missed month.
If it becomes a real problem we talk to you about it like adults, and the worst case is you settle the remaining build and we part on good terms.
No. We will not generate a photograph of your premises, your team, your treatment room or your work, not a flattering one and not just this once.
We will generate textures, backgrounds and abstracts where a stock photograph would otherwise have gone, and we will tidy up the real photographs you have. If it is meant to be you, it has to be you.
A logo is two hundred and ninety five, which gets you three routes, two rounds of changes and every file you will ever be asked for. Words for the five pages are a hundred and ninety five, written after one call.
Neither is compulsory and plenty of people bring their own.
No. Four of the five sites on this page do not use Sondu at all.
If the appointments, the inbox, the room hire or the sessions would help you we will say so, and if they would not we will say that too. The software is priced separately and it is optional.
A small site is a few weeks. A shop or a directory is longer.
The honest answer is that it depends far more on how quickly you can get us your photographs and your prices than it does on us.
Orihuela Costa, Alicante. We work across Spain, the UK and Ireland, and we answer in English or Spanish, Monday to Friday, in your afternoon rather than overnight.
The next step, and it is a small one
Send us the site you have, or the one you wish you had.
Tell us what you run, what is going wrong with the site you have now, and roughly what you had in mind to spend. You will get a straight answer about whether we are the right people for it, and a figure. No pitch deck, no discovery call, no follow up sequence.
