Privacy Notice

Who we are. Sondu is a booking platform for salons and barbers operated by FOX & WOLF CB, CIF E44679041, Calle Niagara 63, Local 33, Flamenca Beach Centro Comercial, Orihuela Costa, 03189, Alicante, Spain. Contact: desk@sondu.eu.

The two hats we wear. For visitors to sondu.eu and for the salons who subscribe, we are the data controller. For the client records that salons keep inside Sondu, the salon is the controller and we are their processor under our Data Processing Agreement. If you are a salon's client, the salon is responsible for your data, and section B below is the notice they can show you.

What we collect as controller, and why.

For visitors to sondu.eu: basic technical logs needed to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

For salon subscribers: your business name and contact details, your login email, billing status, and support correspondence. Legal bases: performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the platform. Payment card details are taken by Stripe and never touch our systems.

For prospective customers who contact us: your enquiry and contact details, on the legal basis of taking steps prior to a contract.

Where data lives. Our database is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Some service providers process data in the United States under an adequacy framework or Standard Contractual Clauses: our sub processor list is published in the Data Processing Agreement at sondu.eu/dpa.

How long we keep it. Subscriber account data for the life of the subscription plus the wind down period in the DPA (30 days export, deletion within 60 days after). Invoices and tax records for the periods Spanish law requires. Support emails for up to two years.

Your rights. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to desk@sondu.eu. You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

What we never do. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or training of any kind.

Cookies. sondu.eu uses only the cookies necessary to run the site and, inside the product, to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.
