All prices exclude IVA. Spanish businesses are charged 21% IVA. EU businesses outside Spain with a valid VAT number are not charged IVA.
What does Sondu cost?
Sondu is four products, priced separately and gated on the thing that actually makes each one bigger. Schedule is €29, €65 or €119 a month, gated on people and locations. Connect is €45, one price, no tiers. Reserve is €49, €99 or €179, gated on how many spaces you let. Consult is €25 or €49, gated on practitioners. All exclude IVA. Two products together take 12% off automatically, three take 19%, and Schedule Team, Connect and Reserve together are SONDU One at €129 against €159. There is no commission on any booking and no charge per staff member on anything.

Sondu is four products. One is three of them: connect., schedule. Team and reserve., on one login and one invoice, everything talking to everything. Bought one at a time the three come to €159 a month, and guided setup and migration are normally €249 on top.

- Schedule on people and locations. Reserve on spaces. Consult on practitioners. Connect on nothing at all, because it is one price. No product is gated on bookings, clients, members or messages, because punishing you for doing well is the thing we are against.

- Client Guard, deposits, unlimited email, translation and the branded booking page are in the smallest tier of the product they belong to. A tier buys you more of the thing you have more of, not permission to use a feature.

- Two products, 12% off. Three, 19%. No code, no call, no annual commitment required to get it. Annual billing is a separate saving on top: pay for ten months, get twelve.

That is the whole rule, and it is the reason there is no asterisk anywhere else on this page. Every unit price we charge is printed here rather than discovered on a bill.

Thirty days free on every product. No card. Your 30 days start when you switch the product on, not when you sign up, so nothing runs out while you are still setting up. If you need longer, ask and we will extend it once, no questions.

Find my Sondu asks what is actually costing you money, then names the product, the tier and the price. It recommends down when down is right, and it will occasionally tell you to buy somebody else.
Billing, plainly
The honest answers.
No commission on any booking, not on a new client and not on a regular, and no charge per staff member. A hundred bookings or a thousand, the bill is identical.
Unlimited on every plan: bookings, clients, members, conversations, transactional email and translation. We compute those ourselves, so metering them would just be a way of charging you for growing.
Metered: AI replies at 1,000 a month then 3 cents each, broadcast emails at 2,000 a month then €2 per thousand, and text messages, which are never included and are sold as credits at 100 for €12 in Spain or €9 in the UK. Those are things we buy per unit from somebody else.
You choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically because there is no card on file at signup. Each product has its own thirty days and its own clock, so adding Reserve in October starts a fresh thirty days for Reserve.
Yes, up or down, and Find my Sondu on this site will tell you to go down if that is the honest answer. Billing is monthly by default, so a change takes effect from the next bill.
A till or EPOS. A marketplace that sends you strangers. Table turning for restaurants. WhatsApp as an inbox channel in Connect. Session notes or clinical records in Consult, which is a boundary rather than a gap. Two way calendar sync, and a staff mobile app.
No. There is no per person, per seat or per staff fee on any product or any tier. Putting the Saturday girl on the inbox costs nothing extra. Schedule tiers are gated on how many people you have, which is not the same thing: at ten people the price is the same whether one of them logs in or all ten do.
Because nothing about Connect gets meaningfully bigger with your team. It gets bigger with brands and with usage, and both of those are add ons with a published unit price: €15 a month for an extra brand workspace, 3 cents for an AI reply past the first thousand.
Inventing a Starter and a Business tier would have meant holding features back to fill them, which is the thing we spend the rest of this page refusing to do.
