For a single operator, Booksy can work out cheaper than Sondu, and its consumer app is recognised by clients who already have it. The maths turns the moment you hire, because their bill grows with the team and ours does not.

It depends on your team and your country, and the published figures disagree. Independent guides for the Spanish market report a base of about €34.99 a month plus IVA with roughly €8 plus IVA for each additional team member. Guides written for the United States report about $29.99 plus tax with about $20 for each additional team member. On top of that there is Boost commission on new marketplace clients and card processing on transactions taken through Booksy. We checked this on 30 July 2026 from pricing guides rather than from an invoice, so confirm your own rates inside your account before you decide anything.
Boost is the paid visibility option inside the Booksy marketplace. It is widely reported to charge a one off commission of 30% of the first visit for a client the marketplace introduces, with repeat visits from that same client free of commission. Reports of a minimum and maximum charge per client exist and vary. It applies to new marketplace clients rather than to your own regulars, so if most of your new business comes from Instagram or word of mouth, the Boost line on your bill should be small. Check the rate in your own account.
No, and we do not intend to. Schedule is €29, €65 or €119 a month plus IVA, flat, and up to ten people are included on Team at €65, with no per staff fee. Hiring a fourth stylist does not change your invoice. Neither does a good December. We think software that gets more expensive every time you grow is quietly taxing the thing you are trying to do.
Be honest with yourself about which clients those really are. Regulars who book with you every six weeks will follow you to a new link if you tell them once in the chair. Genuine marketplace strangers, who picked you from a list of shops near them, may not. That is the real cost of leaving a marketplace and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Run both systems for a fortnight and you will see the split in your own numbers rather than in ours.
