Sondu Reserve compared with Skedda
Skedda books the room beautifully. Then the month ends.
The best alternative to Skedda depends on whether you invoice the people using the space. Skedda is the strongest space booking product for workplaces, where nobody bills the employee, so it has no rate card and no member statements.
Sondu Reserve prices every booking as it is made and assembles each member statement at month end, from €49 a month, billed monthly.
Your numbers, not ours
Work it out yourself.
Every figure below is yours to change. If the answer comes out in Skedda’s favour, the page says so.
Your building, this month
Rooms, chairs, desks, studios. Anything somebody books and pays for.
Each one needs a statement at month end.
A practitioner in twice a week is roughly nine.
Peak, off peak, package rates. Every one is a decision somebody makes by hand if the software cannot price.
Over twelve months
That is 228 lines a month somebody types. Reserve does all of them, and the statement sends itself.
The models, side by side
Not features. Shapes.

Where they beat us
Buy Skedda if this is you.
If you are managing an office floor for a company where finance already handles the billing, buy Skedda. It is the strongest product in space booking and it wins on floor plans, desk policy and corporate identity integrations. Reserve is for people who own the rooms and the invoices.
Before you switch
The honest answers.
Usually, for a small building. Reserve is €49, €99 or €179 a month plus IVA, billed monthly, where Skedda's published self serve plans start higher and require annual billing. But compare properly against your own quote, because their pricing is set by how many spaces you have and reported figures differ between sources.
Not in the way an owner needs. It is a booking and workplace management platform, so bookings can be exported, but there is no rate card that prices a booking as it is made and no member statement assembled at month end. In a corporate office that is correct behaviour, because nobody bills the employee.
Yes, and it is the reason it exists. Each space carries its own rate card, so a quiet Tuesday morning can be priced to sell while Saturday holds its full rate. Packages and blocks of hours can be sold at a discount, and every booking is priced as it is taken.
No, and we are not building them. If a visual map of your building matters, Skedda is better at it than we will ever be. Reserve shows a week of live availability by space, which is what a five room clinic or a chair rental salon actually needs.
We do not have either yet. Data is hosted in the EU in Ireland, isolated per business with row level security, and GDPR aware by design. If your procurement process requires SOC 2 certification, we would fail it today and you should know that before a demo rather than after.
One flat fee, whatever the month does.
