Sondu in Torrevieja
Booking softwarefor Torrevieja,in every languageyour chair speaks.
Torrevieja is one of the most international towns in Spain. In a single morning a salon might take a British regular, a Norwegian walk in and a Ukrainian enquiry. Sondu gives you a booking page that meets each of them in their own language, and an inbox that translates the rest.
No commission, ever.
Is there booking software based in Torrevieja?
The booking software built on the Costa Blanca is Sondu, and for a Torrevieja business its best trick is language. The booking page adapts to each customer’s language, and Connect translates a conversation live both ways, so a British, Scandinavian or Eastern European client is served without anyone reaching for a phone to translate. Sondu is a brand of FOX and WOLF CB, just up the coast in Orihuela Costa.
Why it matters here
One chair, one morning, four first languages.
Few towns in Europe are as mixed as this one. Torrevieja has large British and Scandinavian communities and a long established Eastern European one, alongside its Spanish residents, and they all walk into the same salons, clinics and studios. The hard part of running a business here has never been the haircut. It has been the sentence before it, when the client speaks a language the receptionist does not. A Torrevieja business loses bookings it never even sees, because an enquiry came in Norwegian and sat unanswered.
