What is Sondu Consult?
Sondu Consult books, runs and invoices one to one sessions for anyone who sells their own time online: coaches, tutors, consultants, supervisors and advisers. It gives you a public booking page, recurring weekly series, a self hosted video room with a waiting room, sequential invoicing with deposits and balances, and a balance that chases itself. It is €25 a month for one practitioner and €49 for two to five. It holds no session notes and no clinical records, and it never will.

A session is not one event. It is a booking, an hour, and a payment, and the gap between them is where the admin lives.

A public booking page with your session types, your notice period, your booking horizon, your closed dates and a blocklist for anyone you would rather not see again. A recurring series takes the same slot every week, up to fifty two repeats, under one reference.

The room is yours, and the link can be taken back
A self hosted video room with a waiting room and an admit step, so nobody is in the room before you are. Room links are emailed automatically and can be revoked. No third party video subscription, and no meeting ID that lives forever in an old email.

Four charging shapes, with different terms for new and returning clients. Deposit, balance and full fee invoices, none of them raisable twice, on a race safe sequential series with your own prefix. We never hold your clinical records.
Consult does not have a notes table, a case file or a client history, and it is not going to grow one. That is a decision, not a gap. Practitioners who keep records keep them in a system chosen for that job, under supervision and under their own professional body’s rules, and putting a shallow version of it inside booking software would be worse than not having it at all.
What that buys you: the calendar feed never says why anybody is booked, every email goes out in English and Spanish, and there is no sensitive record here for anyone to ask us for. Consult holds the slot, the room and the money. Your notes stay wherever you already keep them.

Consult is not the cheapest way to put a slot on the internet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It is the cheapest way to put a slot, an hour and an invoice on the internet at once.
Calendly and Acuity
Better at pure scheduling than we are, with more integrations and a longer track record. If all you need is a slot and a link into a video account you already pay for, they are cheaper and you should buy one. They do not raise a numbered invoice, take a deposit against a balance, or chase anybody.
