What is SONDU One?
SONDU One is Connect, Schedule Team and Reserve together, on one login and one invoice. Bought one at a time the three come to €159 a month. One is €129, which is the same 19% the three product discount applies anyway, plus guided setup and migration included, normally €249. Consult is not in the bundle, because its buyer is a person selling their own time rather than a venue with staff and rooms.

Website chat, email, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger in one queue, unlimited team members, live translation both ways, 1,000 AI replies a month and a public help centre.

Up to ten people at one location with no per staff fee, deposits at booking, per stylist pricing and timings, split shifts and PINs, Client Guard, and takings and commission per person.
- reserve.Reserve
Up to three spaces with unlimited members, a branded member portal on live availability, per space hours and rates, and statements that send themselves with gapless invoice numbers.

Connect and Schedule sit on the same database. Her next appointment, her deposit and her history are on the screen with her question, so rebooking is one click.

Reserve books the space, Schedule books the person, and one login sees both. A practitioner renting your room can run her own diary in the same place, on her own plan.

Guided setup and migration are included, normally €249. We move you off Booksy, Fresha, Square or a spreadsheet, we never overwrite, and we tell you in writing what will and will not come across before you pay anything.
What One does not include
- Consult, the fourth product. It is on sale at €25, and it is deliberately outside One because its buyer is one person selling their own hour, not a venue. Add it alongside One and the pairing discount still applies.
- The larger tiers. One is Schedule Team and Reserve at its base tier. If you need unlimited people, more than one location, or more than three spaces, the products are priced separately, the three product discount of 19% applies anyway, and you lose nothing but the name.
- Metered usage beyond the allowances. AI replies past 1,000 a month, broadcast emails past 2,000, and text message credits are charged at the published unit prices, in One exactly as they are on any other plan.
One login. One invoice.
Each product still starts its own thirty days when you switch it on, so you can turn them on one at a time and never pay for something you have not started using.
